Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a fermentation composition assisting in reducing blood sugar and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of health care product processing. According to the invention, dendrobium officinale and Pu'er tea are taken as main active components, starting from a comprehensive hypoglycemic mechanism, the raw materials are sequentially subjected to rhizopus incubation pretreatment, composite strain fermentation and extraction treatment, hypoglycemic active components, namely tea polysaccharide and dendrobium polysaccharide, are enriched to the greatest extent, and chitosan and inulin with definite hypoglycemic effect are further combined for granulation, so that the hypoglycemic active components are enriched to the greatest extent.
