Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a beta-glucan pineapple enzyme component which comprises the following components: 35-50% of pineapple pulp, 2-10% of apple pulp, 1-8% of kiwi fruit pulp, 40% of purified water, 0.5% of table salt, 1.5% of yeast beta-glucan powder, 0.4% of zinc gluconate, 2% of blueberry powder and 2.6% of black corn concentrate, and the anthocyanin content of the blueberry powder and the anthocyanin content of the black corn concentrate are both greater than 20%.
