Zusammenfassung:An optoelectronic device for a lidar system comprises a photonic integrated circuit (10). The photonic integrated circuit (10) further comprises a microresonator (11) configured as an external resonator for the optical amplification medium (30) and for providing a frequency-modulated optical transmission field (Tx). The waveguide (12) is optically coupled to the output of the microresonator (11). The bi-directional coherent detector (13) comprises an electrical output and comprises a first optical connection side coupled to the waveguide (12) for receiving the transmission field (Tx) and a second connection side configured to receive a frequency-modulated optical reflection field (Rx). The bidirectional coherent detector (13) is further configured to coherently superimpose the transmission field (Tx) and the reflection field (Rx) in the symmetrical receiver structure (18) and to provide an electronic combined signal (Dx) at the output.
