The embodiment of the invention provides a network attack determination method and device, a storage medium and an electronic device, and the method comprises the steps: determining the target source flow of a target power grid, and determining the target global feature of the target source flow; removing invalid features included in the target global features to obtain a target feature subset; constructing associated time sequence features based on burst features included in the target global features and periodic features included in the target global features; inputting the target feature subset into a first network model to obtain a first detection result, inputting the target source traffic into a second network model to obtain a second detection result, and inputting the associated time sequence features into a third network model to obtain a third detection result; and determining whether the target network attack exists in the target source flow based on the first detection result, the second detectio
