Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a quadrature clock generation circuit and method. The quadrature clock generation circuit comprises an output end, a multi-phase filter, an oscillator, a coarse adjustment module and a fine adjustment module. According to the invention, the four-phase injection signal is generated by using the differential signal through the multi-phase filter, the power consumption is reduced, the four-phase injection signal is injected into the oscillator, and the high-precision and low-jitter orthogonal clock signal is generated. And finally, adjusting the oscillation frequency by using a coarse adjustment module, detecting the phase error of the output signal by using a fine adjustment module formed by a phase error loop, feeding back the phase error to the oscillator, and adjusting the self-resonant frequency of the oscillator, thereby generating an accurate phase.
