Provided is a musical instrument capable of suppressing variations in vibration characteristics of an acoustic component even if a vibrator is attached to the acoustic component. A musical instrument includes: a main body (10) including a soundboard (15) that transmits vibration of a sound source; and a vibrator (30) that vibrates the soundboard (15) in response to an input signal. The vibrator (30) is provided with: a vibrator unit (34) which is fixed to the soundboard (15) and which vibrates the soundboard (15) in response to the input signal; a displacement unit (33) that displaces with respect to the vibration unit (34) in response to the input signal; and a support section (32) that includes an elastic member (37) and supports the displacement section (33) with respect to the main body (10) via the elastic member (37).
