Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an optical system for terahertz beam shaping and a terahertz beam shaping method. The optical system for terahertz beam shaping comprises an off-axis parabolic mirror, a plurality of groups of microarray off-axis reflectors and an integral reflector which are sequentially arranged along a light path propagation path, wherein the off-axis parabolic mirror is used for reflecting and collimating a terahertz wave beam with a certain divergence angle into a parallel wave beam; the plurality of groups of microarray off-axis reflectors enable the parallel wave beams from the off-axis parabolic mirror to form a plurality of divergent sub-beams and the divergent sub-beams are incident to the integral reflector; and the integral reflector is used for reflecting, collimating and homogenizing the sub divergent beams into flat-topped beams.
