Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for acquiring a three-dimensional fluorescence image of tobacco, which comprises the following steps: grinding a tobacco sample, and preparing the ground tobacco sample into a sample solution; preparing a target sample solution meeting an absorbance standard based on the sample solution; performing fluorescence testing on the target sample solution to obtain the fluorescence intensity of the target sample solution; and connecting the points with the same fluorescence intensity to form a contour map, and taking the contour map as a three-dimensional fluorescence map. According to the method, on the basis of preparing an ideal tobacco sample, fluorescence detection can be carried out on the tobacco sample meeting the absorbance standard, and a reliable and accurate three-dimensional fluorescence map is obtained.
