Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a cascade double-ring resonant cavity sensor based on temperature control, and the sensor comprises a cascade double-ring resonant cavity sensor which is connected with a light source through an input waveguide, and is connected with a detector through an output waveguide. The waveguide of the reference ring and the waveguide of the sensing ring of the cascade double-ring resonant cavity sensor are connected through a conical waveguide, and the lower side of the cascade double-ring resonant cavity sensor is provided with a thermoelectric cooler.
