The ultra-flexible multi-mode sensor comprises an elastic strain layer, a cavity channel packaging layer and a flexible sensitive layer, liquid metal (EGaIn) is injected into a cavity channel of a base body, and silver-plated copper is embedded into a cavity channel at the tail end to lead out a conductor of the corresponding cavity channel. And finally, mutually independent sensitive units are formed, and the flexibility of the sensor is improved from two characteristics of a monomer structure design idea and a flow attribute of a sensitive material.
