During blasting operation, the circular ring type air spacer wraps the periphery of the explosive column at intervals, the circular ring type air spacer is fixed after being inflated to enable the explosive to be located in the center of a blast hole, and the pre-splitting blasting charging structure is obtained. The device does not need to be fixed by bamboo canes and the like.
