Zusammenfassung:	The four-season hot water unit capable of refrigerating in summer and heating in winter comprises a cold-warm hot water machine and a hot water system. The system is characterized in that refrigeration and hot water in summer are free, more than 70% of electricity is saved for heating water in spring and autumn, hot air and hot water are used for heating in winter, and hot water is used as defrosting energy; according to the structure and connection of the cold-warm water heater, an outlet of a compressor is connected with a four-way valve and a first hot water heat exchanger; an outlet of the first hot water heat exchanger is respectively connected with liquid inlets of the outdoor heat exchanger and the second hot water heat exchanger through a first throttler and a second throttler, and the two liquid inlets are mutually connected through a third throttler and a fourth throttler; a second interface, a third interface and a fourth interface of the four-way valve are respectively connected with air inlets of
