The glass fiber cloth reinforced fluororesin composite material comprises a modified polytetrafluoroethylene matrix and reinforced fiber cloth dispersed in the modified polytetrafluoroethylene matrix, the polytetrafluoroethylene matrix mainly comprises polytetrafluoroethylene and a heat conduction material, and the reinforced fiber cloth is glass fiber and polytetrafluoroethylene fiber mixed fabric. The mass content of polytetrafluoroethylene fibers in the reinforced fiber cloth is 5-10%; the diameter of the glass fiber monofilament is 5-10 microns, and the fineness of the polytetrafluoroethylene fiber is 50-200D.
