Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an ABCB1 gene and application thereof in mycorrhizal symbiosis. It is found for the first time that ABCB1 specificity mediates outward transport of auxin to the periarbuscular membrane, and mycorrhizal fungus branching is promoted. Based on the ABCB1 function and genetic engineering technology, the number of plant mycorrhiza colonization can be increased, symbiosis of plants and mycorrhizal fungi can be finely regulated and controlled, and plants are promoted to efficiently obtain nutrient elements such as phosphorus and nitrogen from soil.
