The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, mixing polycrystalline hafnium oxide and a dopant to obtain a reactant system; s2, mixing the reactant system and molten salt to obtain a mixed system; s3, reacting the mixed system at a preset temperature for a preset time to obtain an initial product; and S4, cleaning the head product to obtain the hafnium oxide nanoparticles with the ferroelectric phase.
