The activity of Co3O4 is improved through a monatomic Ru-loaded Co3O4 hollow nano box, a cobalt-based metal organic framework (ZIF-67) nano cube is used as a template, and the monatomic Ru-loaded Co3O4 hollow nano box material with high stability and high nitrate reduction ammonia production activity is prepared through a series of processes such as tannic acid etching, Ru ion exchange and further calcination.
