Application of Clonorosin B in anti-inflammatory drugs

The invention discloses a novel application of Clonorosin B, namely an application of the Clonorosin B in preparation of a medicine for preventing and/or treating inflammation. Clonorosin B inhibits secretion of inflammatory factors and expression of related genes under the condition of not changing cell viability, inhibits protein expression of an inflammation signal channel and reduces generation of active oxygen, and the result shows that the compound has obvious anti-inflammatory activity, so that the compound has a prospect of being developed into a medicine for preventing and/or treating inflammation. 本发明公开了Clonorosin B的新用途，即其在Clonorosin B在制备预防和/或治疗炎症药物中的应用。Clonorosin B在不改变细胞活力的情况下抑制炎症因子分泌以及相关基因表达，抑制炎症信号通路蛋白表达，减少活性氧的产生，结果表明该化合物具有明显的抗炎活性，因而具有开发为预防和/或治疗炎症药物的前景。
