Young rats of APOBEC3 base editing enzyme CD68 cell conditional knockout mice are used as functional cell sources, cytidine deaminase is not translated, the method is suitable for ectopic nephrogenesis, the time cost needed by single cell amplification, breeding and screening in a traditional cell transplantation scheme is avoided, and the experimental process is greatly simplified.
