The L * value in the L * a * b * color space is 45 or more. The oil phase comprises an olefin oligomer. The aqueous phase has a viscosity of from 2,000 mPa * s to 10,000 mPa * s at 25 DEG C. And the average particle size of the oil phase is 0.05-4 mm. The difference between the refractive index of the oil phase and the refractive index of the water phase is 0.1 or more.
