Comprising the following steps: based on a first carbon emission amount of a photovoltaic power station assembly in a generation process, a second carbon emission amount of the photovoltaic power station assembly in a transportation process, a third carbon emission amount of the photovoltaic power station assembly in an operation and maintenance process, and a fourth carbon emission amount of the photovoltaic power station assembly in a recovery and disposal process; according to the sum of the first carbon emission, the second carbon emission, the third carbon emission and the fourth carbon emission, the total carbon emission of the photovoltaic power station assembly is obtained; and based on the total carbon emission, calculating the carbon recovery time of the photovoltaic power station by obtaining the annual on-grid energy of
