Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a structural design and preparation method of a stacking type structure multi-mode flexible tactile sensor. The flexible tactile sensor mainly comprises a temperature sensing unit and a pressure sensing unit. The temperature sensing unit particularly adopts a composite material made of carbon nanofibers with thermosensitive characteristics and polyvinyl alcohol as a thermosensitive layer and metal silver as a conductive electrode. The pressure sensing unit is based on the pressure-volume effect, a composite material prepared by mixing gallium-indium alloy liquid metal and polyvinyl alcohol is used as an electrode, and a compound of the liquid metal and waterborne polyurethane is used as a dielectric layer. The stacking structure design of the temperature sensing unit and the pressure sensing unit ensures no signal crosstalk and coupling between the temperature sensing unit and the pressure sensing unit. The flexible touch sensor is simple in manufacturing process and low in cost, is exp
