A device for detecting bending of a carbon fiber reinforced composite material comprises a probe, the probe comprises an exciting coil and a receiving coil, the receiving coil is wound outside the exciting coil and is insulated from the exciting coil, and the coil surface of the exciting coil is perpendicular to the coil surface of the receiving coil; the lock-in amplifier is used for exciting the exciting coil and receiving a signal output by the receiving coil; the electric control displacement platform is used for enabling the probe to move so as to scan the composite material; and the processor is used for processing the signal and controlling the lock-in amplifier and the electric control displacement platform.
