Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a composite material self-lubricating knuckle bearing for a heavy truck balance shaft and a manufacturing process of the composite material self-lubricating knuckle bearing, and solves the problem that winding fibers are broken when a self-lubricating knuckle bearing is produced by using a fiber winding process in the prior art. According to the scheme, the matching surface of the inner ring is provided with the wear-resistant layer, and the wear-resistant layer is a fiber-reinforced resin-based composite material curing layer with the same thickness. The matching surface of the outer ring is provided with a self-lubricating wear-resistant lining ring which is a fiber reinforced resin matrix composite material curing layer with equal thickness. The wear-resistant layer is formed by winding the single-layer fabric on the inner ring base cylinder, so that long fibers in the wear-resistant layer are regularly arranged in a layered manner and are matched with pressure forming, the long fib
