Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an alloy quenched and tempered cast steel material for a guide sliding shoe of a coal mining machine. The cast steel material is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 0.38%-0.44% of C, 0.32%-0.50% of Si, 0.45%-0.65% of Mn, 1.10%-1.35% of Cr, 1.35%-1.60% of Ni, 0.32%-0.45% of Mo, 0.12%-0.18% of V, 0.03%-0.06% of Nb, not more than 0.01% of S, not more than 0.01% of P, 0.03%-0.06% of Al, 0.40%-0.70% of a rare earth component and the balance of Fe. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the quenched and tempered cast steel material. The preparation method adopts a heat treatment procedure of heating in stages after electric furnace melting and LF refining. The quenched and tempered cast steel material disclosed by the invention has high impact resistance and is suitable for preparing guide sliding shoes which are subjected to instantaneous impact force for a long time.
