Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a cavitation-resistant Ni-Co-Cr-Fe-Mo series high-entropy alloy and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of high-entropy alloys. The Ni-Co-Cr-Fe-X-C/N non-equal atomic ratio alloy serves as a matrix, good plasticity and corrosion resistance are provided, a certain amount of Mo, W, Cu, Ti, Nb, Zr, V, C and other elements are added to optimize the structure of the alloy, the strength, hardness, plasticity, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance are improved, and therefore cavitation erosion resistance is improved. The alloy comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 25 to 35 percent of Ni, 25 to 35 percent of Co, 10 to 25 percent of Cr, 0 to 10 percent of Fe, 9.5 to 25 percent of Mo, 0 to 5 percent of X and 0 to 2 percent of C/N. X is one or more of tungsten, copper, titanium, zirconium, niobium and vanadium. The alloy is smelted into an ingot through a vacuum non-consumable electric arc furnace, and the organization structure |
