Novel method for preparing bacterial vaccine through nanogold modified pathogenic bacteria

The method comprises the following steps: mixing a chloroauric acid solution, water, a cetyltrimethylammonium bromide solution, a cysteine solution and an ascorbic acid solution in proportion to form a transparent clear solution, adding a plurality of pathogenic bacteria (staphylococcus aureus, staphylococcus aureus, staphylococcus aureus, staphylococcus aureus, staphylococcus aureus, staphylococcus aureus, staphylococcus aureus, staphylococcus aureus, staphylococcus aureus, staphylococcus aureus, staphylococcus aureus, staphylococcus aureus, staphylococcus aureus and staphylococcus aureus) into the transparent clear solution; ) so as to realize inactivation of bacteria. The bacteria treated by the method do not have biological activity any more, and keep immune recognition sites of pathogenic bacteria.
