The bifidobacterium bifidum and macrophage co-culture disclosed by the invention is a product obtained by co-culturing the bifidobacterium bifidum BD-1 and the macrophage, and the bifidobacterium bifidum and macrophage co-culture disclosed by the invention is a product obtained by co-culturing the bifidobacterium bifidum BD-1 and the macrophage. The invention discloses a preparation method of a bifidobacterium bifidum and macrophage co-culture, which comprises the following steps: co-culturing a bacterial suspension of bifidobacterium bifidum BD-1 and a macrophage suspension, centrifuging, and taking a supernatant, thereby obtaining the bifidobacterium bifidum and macrophage co-culture.
