The scale inhibition slurry comprises a super-hydrophobic slow-release surface layer slurry, wherein the super-hydrophobic slow-release surface layer slurry comprises a raw material of a base material I, a hollow mesoporous material and a scale inhibitor I loaded on the hollow mesoporous material.
