Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses modified starch capable of being repeatedly hot-melted and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing and ball-milling natural starch and a volatile solvent, and after ball-milling, volatilizing the volatile solvent to obtain ball-milled starch; adding water and alpha-amylase into the ball-milled starch, mixing, sealing and performing enzymolysis to obtain enzymolysis starch; mixing the enzymolysis starch with a deep eutectic solvent, and grinding to obtain hot-melt starch slurry; and drying the hot-melt starch slurry to obtain the hot-melt starch. No harmful waste liquid is generated in the whole preparation process, and the prepared hot-melt starch has excellent repeated hot melting performance. 本发明公开了一种可反复热熔的改性淀粉及其制备方法,包括如下步骤:将天然淀粉与挥发性溶剂混合球磨,球磨完毕后,将挥发性溶剂挥发,得到球磨淀粉;向球磨淀粉中加入水和α-淀粉酶,混合密封酶解,得酶解淀粉;将酶解淀粉与深共晶溶剂混合、研磨,得热熔淀粉浆料;将热熔淀粉浆料烘干,即得热熔淀粉。本发明的整个制备过程无有害废液产生,制备的热熔淀粉具备出色的反复热熔性能。
