The probe is constructed by taking silicon rhodamine as a fluorophore and taking trifluoromethanesulfonyl as a recognition group. In the presence of O2 , O2 can perform nucleophilic attack on sulfonate, so that quaternary ammonium salt is decomposed, and then silicon rhodamine luminophores are released and ring opening of the silicon rhodamine luminophores is promoted. Before the reaction, the silicon rhodamine quaternary ammonium salt 7 with the spiro structure is kept in a non-fluorescent state and has a low background; after the reaction, the free and ring-opened silicon rhodamine dye can be excited to emit near-infrared fluorescence, so that the aim of detecting O2 is fulfilled, and the method has a very good application prospect in the field of biological related science.
