The high-flame-retardant ceramic polymer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of aluminum dihydrogen phosphate; 20 to 30 parts of phosphate; 10 to 20 parts of cyanuric acid melamine salt; 15 to 30 parts of tricresyl phosphate; 1-5 parts of an organosilicon polymer; 5-8 parts of barium petroleum sulfonate; 10-15 parts of low-point glass powder; 3-6 parts of talcum powder; 1-4 parts of natural shell powder and fish bone powder subjected to N-acetyl removal treatment; 3-8 parts of a softening agent; 6-9 parts of a foaming agent; and 1-5 parts of a processing aid.
