Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an acid-resistant composite ceramic and a preparation method and application thereof, the acid-resistant composite ceramic is formed by thermocuring slurry, and the slurry comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of polyimide resin; 20 to 30 parts of epoxy resin; 8-16 parts of a curing agent; 10 to 20 parts of nano silicon dioxide; 10 to 20 parts of reinforcing fiber; 0.5 to 1.1 parts of a coupling agent; 0.8-1.2 parts of a dispersing agent; 5 to 10 parts of a mercaptoethanol terminated maleic anhydride grafted modified polyamide thermoplastic elastomer; and 500-700 parts of silicon carbide particles. The acid-resistant composite ceramic has good acid resistance and impact strength.
