The invention discloses an electronic slitting cutter which comprises an outer shell, a cutter module, a first adjusting module, a second adjusting module and a control module. The cutter module comprises a cutter rest assembly and a cutter body, the cutter rest assembly is connected to the lower end of the outer shell, and the cutter body is installed in the cutter rest assembly and can rotate relative to the cutter rest assembly. The first adjusting module is connected with the cutter module and can drive the cutter module to vertically move relative to the outer shell. The second adjusting module is connected with the cutter module and can drive the cutter module to swing in the axial direction of the cutter body.
