The invention discloses a linkage type safety protection device of an electric tool, and the device comprises a motor which is used as a power driving element of the electric tool; the transmission shaft is directly or indirectly driven by a motor; the movable plate can be movably close to or far away from the transmission shaft; the locking block is used for limiting the movement of the movable plate; the locking pin is driven by the movable plate and is used for limiting the rotation of the transmission shaft; the switch is used for controlling starting and stopping of an internal circuit of the motor or the electric tool; the first end of the trigger rod abuts against the movable plate, the second end of the trigger rod is close to the switch, and the trigger rod is driven by the movable block to move in the axial direction to trigger on-off of the switch. According to the electric tool, mechanical linkage is adopted, automatic disconnection of an internal circuit of the electric tool can be completed whil
