Comprising the following steps: establishing an initial blade unit model, carrying out margin design on the initial blade unit model to obtain a blade unit model, then carrying out height compensation design on the blade unit model to obtain a height-compensated blade unit model, and adding a supporting structure at the edge of the bottom of a blade crown of the height-compensated blade unit model to obtain a height-compensated blade unit model; and finally, the target blade unit models are placed in an array mode, and a target printing model is obtained.
