Specifically, D-shaped larvae or shell top larvae of crassostrea gigas are subjected to secondary soaking treatment with seawater containing formaldehyde inactivated vibrio splendidus with the concentration of 107 CFU/L respectively, and the larvae in the two stages after soaking treatment are bred respectively, so that the disease resistance of the larvae of the crassostrea gigas is improved. Compared with an untreated control group of oyster larvae, the method has the advantages that the D-shaped larvae and the shell top larvae are treated by soaking the vibrio splendidus twice, and the growth speed, the vibrio splendidus infection resistance and the attachment metamorphosis rate of the cultured larvae are remarkably improved.
