Electrothermal compositions and related composites and methods

Compositions and methods relating to electrothermal nanomaterial compositions for heating a surface are provided. Heating applications include for rotational molding. The nanomaterial may include silver nanowires, silver nanosheets, carbon nanotubes, carbon nanofibers, nanographite, and carbon black. The electrothermal composition may also include a binder and a solvent. Treatment of electrothermal compositions with coupling agents, silicone intermediates, and binder resins is provided. Methods for producing electrical heating panels and heat-generating membranes are provided.
