Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a self-calibration receiving circuit structure, which is applied to a high-speed isolator and comprises a receiver unit, a calibration gating switch unit, a comparator unit, a successive approximation logic unit and two current calibration modules, the input end of the receiver unit obtains a transmitting signal through an isolation medium. The positive output end VOP and the negative output end VON of the receiver unit are connected with the two input ends of the comparator unit through the calibration gating switch unit respectively. The output end of the comparator unit is connected with the input end of the successive approximation logic unit; the two output ends of the successive approximation logic unit are connected with the two current calibration modules respectively, and the two current calibration modules are further connected with the positive output end VOP and the negative output end VON of the receiver unit respectively.
