The method comprises the steps of S1, acquiring and utilizing historical data of new energy output to establish an ellipsoid uncertainty set; s2, constructing a convex hull polyhedron uncertainty set on the basis of the ellipsoid uncertainty set; s3, constructing a power distribution network multi-period fault recovery model; s4, on the basis of the power distribution network multi-period fault recovery model and the convex hull polyhedron uncertainty set, establishing a power distribution network two-stage robust fault recovery optimization model; and S5, solving the two-stage robust fault recovery optimization model of the power distribution network, and outputting an optimization result.
