Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of lithium ion battery diaphragms, and discloses a high-stability lithium ion battery diaphragm based on covalent coupling and a preparation method thereof. According to the invention, a covalent coupling strategy is adopted, and the binder and the ceramic particles are covalently connected through the epoxy silane coupling agent, so that the covalently cross-linked composite diaphragm is formed. The covalently coupled composite diaphragm shows excellent microstructure stability, thermal stability and peel strength, so that the cycle performance of the battery is remarkably improved. In addition, the covalent coupling composite diaphragm is excellent in electrolyte wettability, and the ionic conductivity is improved. Cyclic stability and rate performance tests show that the covalent coupling composite diaphragm has excellent performance.
