The method comprises the steps of collecting laser radar point clouds of the live-line area and performing point cloud splicing to generate a three-dimensional scene based on the live-line area; performing ground model fitting on the point cloud of the ground model to be fitted, deleting the point cloud according to the ground model, and generating a three-dimensional electronic fence of the electrified region; synchronously acquiring image data, identifying the operation equipment in the image, acquiring point cloud data of the operation equipment, and performing linear model fitting; and taking the point cloud mass center of the operation equipment as the center, segmenting the point cloud in the specified radius range as a new live-line area, calculating the distance between the line segment of the linear model of the operation equipment and the new live-line area, |
