Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a nickel-based wide-temperature-range wear-resistant self-lubricating composite material and a preparation method thereof.The method comprises the steps that eutectic fluoride is prepared at first, then nickel-based alloy, Mo, Ag, MoS2 and the eutectic fluoride are subjected to ball milling and mixing, and a mixture A is prepared; then ball-milling and mixing the mixture A, deionized water, a binder, a dispersing agent and a defoaming agent, granulating to obtain a mixture B with good flowability, annealing to obtain a mixture C, and finally loading the mixture C into a graphite mold, pressurizing, heating and sintering to obtain a target product. The prepared target product comprises, by mass, 57%-85% of nickel-based alloy, 3%-8% of Mo, 5%-10% of Ag, 20%-10% of MoS and 7%-15% of CaF2/BaF2 eutectic powder.
