Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental governance biology, and relates to a biosensor for detecting antibiotics. The invention provides a biosensor for detecting antibiotics. The biosensor consists of seven DNA (Deoxyribose Nucleic Acid) probes. Taking enrofloxacin as an example, the seven probes can form a biosensor, through two signal amplification processes, the detection sensitivity of the ENR is greatly improved, the detection limit can reach 25 fM, and the problem that the detection sensitivity of a conventional method for the ENR is insufficient is solved, especially the problem that the concentration of the ENR in a complex sample is difficult to detect is solved. The ENR detection method provided by the invention can be completed by simply and uniformly mixing DNA, does not need to use an antibody, a nano material and protease, does not need a separation and purification process, and is simple to operate, low in cost and good in stability. Meanwhile, the method has good specifi |
