Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for detecting microbial biomass of a carbon-based percolation system, which comprises the following steps of: desorbing a biological membrane on a filter material of the percolation system by adopting ultrasonic and cell leaching to obtain a cell suspension, and further removing carbon particles and other impurities in the suspension through filtration, centrifugation and the like; then through cell fixation and'dead and living 'cell staining, the concentration of microbial cells in the bacterial suspension is analyzed by a flow cytometer, and the content of microbial cells in a biological membrane on a filter material per unit weight is obtained through conversion, so that the biomass in the carbon-based percolation system is reflected. According to the novel method for detecting the microbial biomass of the carbon-based percolation system, the number of dead and living cells is directly detected by using a flow cytometer, the biomass of the system is intuitively reflected, m |
