The phase change material based on air-triggered cross-seasonal heat storage comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of deionized water, 15-20 parts of a coordination agent, 5-10 parts of a moisture medium substance, 3-8 parts of an additive and 3-5 parts of a chelating agent.
