Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for synchronously separating and purifying oleuropein and luteoloside from olive leaves, which comprises the following steps: extracting the olive leaves with ethanol, recovering the ethanol to obtain a sample solution, adsorbing the sample solution with a resin column, eluting impurities with water, and concentrating to obtain the oleuropein and luteoloside. The upper phase of a ternary solvent system consisting of ethyl acetate, ethanol and water is used as a novel eluent, the organic solvent is recovered after elution, and spray drying is performed to obtain oleuropein with the content of more than 45% and the yield of more than 90%, and luteoloside with the content of more than 4.5% and the yield of more than 90%.
