Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for in-situ preparation of a high-dispersion nickel-based molecular sieve catalyst, which comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing a silicon source and a metal precursor, adjusting the pH value, and aging to obtain gel A; uniformly mixing a template agent and an aluminum source to obtain gel B; and adding the gel B into the gel A, uniformly mixing to obtain initial gel C, and crystallizing, washing, drying and roasting the initial gel C to obtain the high-dispersion nickel-based molecular sieve catalyst. According to the invention, the metal precursor is introduced in situ in the synthesis of the molecular sieve precursor gel, high dispersion of nickel is realized by utilizing the interaction of metal species and the molecular sieve precursor in the crystallization process, the utilization rate and sintering resistance of nickel are improved, and a new method is provided for efficient synthesis of the high-dispersion nickel-based molecular sieve catalyst.
