Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a waste SF6 efficient thermal degradation method based on bi-metal concerted catalysis, and belongs to the technical field of treatment of atmospheric pollutants. The process comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out thermocatalytic degradation on SF6 and SF6, mixing reducing gas with inert gas, carrying out thermocatalytic degradation on the obtained mixed gas under the action of a bimetallic synergistic catalyst, and collecting degraded waste gas; the bimetallic synergistic catalyst is composed of nanoscale copper oxide and zinc oxide particles and a carbon skeleton film formed by a ZIF-8 metal organic skeleton, wherein the copper oxide and zinc oxide particles are wrapped by the carbon skeleton film; and (2) waste gas treatment: carrying out alkali washing and drying on the degraded waste gas to complete recovery.
