Chitosan serves as a basic carrier and is compounded with gelatin to form a scaffold material, a P4HA1 gene serves as a target gene, and it is observed in vitro that chitosan gelatin particle loaded P4HA1siRNA inhibits cell EMT brain glioma proliferation and migration, so that the effect of effectively treating brain glioma is achieved.
