The invention provides a photoacoustic probe and system for high-resolution photoacoustic microscopic imaging, the photoacoustic probe comprises a microscopic optical processing assembly, a hollow PVDF ultrasonic transducer, a plano-convex lens, an acoustic lens and a pre-amplifier, the microscopic optical processing assembly is used for receiving single-mode laser and collimating and focusing the single-mode laser; the hollow PVDF ultrasonic transducer is arranged on one side of the microscopic optical processing module; the plano-convex lens is arranged between the microscopic optical processing module and the hollow PVDF ultrasonic transducer, and the plane side of the plano-convex lens is connected with the hollow PVDF ultrasonic transducer; and the plane side of the acoustic lens is connected with the hollow PVDF ultrasonic transducer and is arranged on the opposite side of the plano-convex lens. According to the structure, acousto-optic confocal can be realized without using an acousto-optic coupler, so
